(toturial ini untuk operating system 32-bit sahaja tapi software ni boleh juga digunakan untuk operating system 64-bit)
Requirement:
-minimum 1GB (2GB lebih lancar tak berat)
-1.6 GHz processor 32-bit or 64-bit
-Support for DirectX 9 with 128MB memory.
-You must be have True Color (32 bit) set instead of
High Color (16 bit).
-The desktop composition and Animate controls
and elements inside windows options need to be
enabled in Visual Effects.
-The Desktop Window Manager Session Manager
and Themes Services need to be set asStarted and
Automatic.
-Refresh or update your WEI score. You will need
an WEI score minimum of 2.0 in both Graphics&
Gaming graphics in order
1. Mula-mula download Theme Resourse Changer dan install.(perlu install sekali sahaja. tak perlu kali kedua install sekiranya mahu tukar tema lain begitu juga dengan Universal Theme Patcher)
-PC OS 32-bit install yang x86
-PC OS 64-bit install yang x64
2. Download pula Universal Theme Patcher dan install.
-PC OS 32-bit install yang x86
-PC OS 64-bit install yang x64
3. Buka Universal Theme Patcher, patchkan ketiga-tiga patcher tersebut seperti gambar dibawah:
Komputer anda akan restart dengan sendirinya. kalau xrestart, kenalah restart secara manual..
4. Download Perfect Neon Theme dan extract fail tersebut. Right click dan pilih extract here pada fail tersebut.
5. Buka dan copy dua fail seperti gambar di bawah ini:
6. Kemudian paste kat fail Themes - Shortcut seperti gambar di bawah:
7. Tutup semua fail. Klik kanan pada desktop, pilih personalize, pilih Perfect Neon Black.
8. Restart komputer anda.
Window anda akan jadi macam ni lepas restart kecuali folder icon ja lain sebab aku install icon lain..
